the location of the hotel was alright, it was close enough to some attractions.
the noise was a major issue, it was impossible for me to sleep. music played all night and my room faced a noisy street. the room felt old and needed updating.

The buffet dinner stood out for its variety and flavor. Chef sree curated an really good spread. venkatesh and kiran were professional and attentive throughout the evening.
The screen in the bedroom was not working and maintenance couldn't fix it. valet parking was slow. I had to wait for my car.

outdated equipmentmissing towels
the gym was disappointing it lacked several machines i expected. the equipment felt outdated and not well kept. the towels were often missing. the pool area could also use some improvements there were not enough umbrellas to provide shade during the hottest parts of the day. the lounge chairs were uncomfortable and worn.

The hotel had a well-equipped gym. It featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The swimming pool included a whirlpool. I also appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk from the metro.
The air conditioning was too cold. Adjustment was difficult. It affected my comfort . This should be addressed.
